Space, self, and timing, read as one practice.
Feng Shui, BaZi and Qimen, practised with an architect's discipline. By Meenakkshi, architect by training and senior practitioner for twenty-five years, trained in Malaysia and Singapore under the Joey Yap and Yap Cheng Hai lineages.
Three practices. One considered practitioner.
If you know India's astrological vocabulary, this maps cleanly. If you don't, start with the pillar that fits the question in your head today.
BaZi
A Chinese equivalent of a janam kundli, built on the Four Pillars of your birth date and time. A whole-life map of your natural strengths, timing and the years ahead.
Feng Shui
The Chinese counterpart to Vastu, the study of how a home or office shapes fortune, health and relationships. Architectural, calculated, never ornamental.
Qimen
Qimen Dun Jia, a strategic Chinese divination and timing tool. Used for quick clarity on a pressing question, and for choosing the right moment to act, sign, launch or decide.
Begin with the question you actually have.
Every engagement starts from a real question, about a home, a decision, a year, or a life. Choose the format that fits yours.
Three Questions
Three pressing questions, answered with Qimen precision, for decisions that can't wait.
- A considered written or voice-note reply to each question
- The reasoning, not just the answer
- One follow-up clarification included
Five Questions
Five questions across life, work and timing, a fuller picture without a full consultation.
- Voice notes or a short written brief for each question
- Cross-referenced against your BaZi where useful
- One follow-up clarification included
The BaZi Consultation
A 90-minute reading of your Four Pillars, strengths, themes and the timing of the years ahead.
- A live session, online or in person
- A written summary of the chart and its readings
- A 15-minute follow-up call within 30 days
The Space Consultation
A complete Feng Shui audit, residential or commercial, on site or from plans.
- Floor-plan and compass analysis
- A written report your architect can work with
- A review call after implementation
Returning clients and annual reviews are quoted separately. For corporate talks and Fortune 500 engagements, write to hello@meenakkshi.com.
The Year Ahead, 2027.
An annual reading of your chart and your space against the energies of the coming year. Offered each December to February.
Feng Shui, practised the way an architect would.
Every consultation is calculation-first, not decoration-first. Trained under the Yap Cheng Hai and Joey Yap lineages in Malaysia, applied with the discipline of a working architect.
Site & architectural analysis
Every consultation begins where architecture does, floor plans, orientation, natural light, circulation and the lived reality of the space.
Compass & chart calculation
Compass readings, Flying Star charts, BaZi analysis and Xuan Kong formulas applied with the discipline learned in Malaysia.
Architectural recommendations
Interventions that respect the building, layout, placement, materials, colour and timing. Nothing superstitious, nothing cluttered.
Review & annual update
Feng Shui is dynamic. A written report, follow-up review and an optional annual update as energies shift each year.
Consultations, considered.
A focused practice in Feng Shui and BaZi, for homes, businesses and the pivotal moments in between.
Residential Feng Shui
A complete traditional audit of your home, orientation, layout, occupants and the energy of every room.
Commercial & Office Feng Shui
Feng Shui for offices, retail spaces, showrooms and hospitality, engineered around your business objectives.
BaZi Destiny Consultation
A precise reading of your Four Pillars, natural talents, life themes and the timing of decisions ahead.
What clients ask before they book.
What do you need from me for a BaZi reading?
Your date, place and, ideally, exact time of birth. A hospital record is best. If your time is uncertain, Meenakkshi will work with a narrowed window and be transparent about what can and cannot be said with confidence.
Can consultations happen without visiting my home?
Yes. Most Feng Shui work is done from accurate floor plans, a compass reading of the main door, photographs and a video walkthrough. Site visits in Delhi NCR are arranged when they genuinely add value.
Is this religious?
No. Feng Shui, BaZi and Qimen are classical Chinese analytical systems. Clients come from every background and belief system.
How is this different from Vastu or jyotish?
Different systems, same human questions. Feng Shui is the Chinese counterpart to Vastu, and BaZi is the Chinese equivalent of a janam kundli. They can coexist respectfully with the Indian systems, they do not replace them.
How quickly will I receive answers?
Three Questions within 48 hours. Five Questions within 72 hours. BaZi sessions are scheduled within seven days. Full Feng Shui reports are delivered within ten days of the visit.
Are sessions confidential?
Absolutely. Chart data, floor plans and every conversation are held in strict confidence. Client names are never shared without written consent.
What are your qualifications?
Bachelor of Architecture from Lucknow University. Twenty-five years of continuous practice. Trained in Malaysia and Singapore under the Joey Yap and Yap Cheng Hai lineages. Consultant across six television networks and Fortune 500 corporates.
What are consultations not?
Guidance for reflection and better-quality decisions, not a substitute for medical, legal or financial advice. No specific outcomes are guaranteed, and Meenakkshi will always tell you when a question sits outside what these systems can honestly answer.
Begin with a quiet, precise conversation.
Every engagement starts with a short conversation to make sure the work is the right fit. WhatsApp is the fastest way in. Fees are shared privately on enquiry.
